Gift Voucher: Obtaining one of our gift vouchers you will be able to give an original, unique present. You just need to choose one of our treatments. This voucher expires in 6 months.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled less than 12h before the treatment, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.  Your credit card number will be required when booking.

SPA Etiquette: An atmosphere of tranquillity, harmony and relaxation is what you will find at Sensações SPA. Please respect all the customers, promoting privacy and serenity. We also advise you to switch off your mobile phone or any other electronic device. Image recording requires prior authorization.

You are not allowed to smoke, eat or drink alcohol.

Time of Arrival: We advise you to check-in at the Spa reception 15 to 20 min prior to your appointment time. This will allow time to fill in the treatment form, have information and change your clothes. We ask you not to be late. Otherwise, you will not be able to benefit totally from the time your relaxing treatment takes.

Age Limit: The minimum age required at Sensações Spa is 18 years old. Customers under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
